JR-Tools Oy designs, manufactures, services and distributes high-quality metal cutting solutions for machine shops. Our quality is built on a smooth customer experience, reliable delivery performance, and products and services that meet even the most demanding expectations. Continuous improvement across all areas of our operations is the cornerstone of our way of working.

Focus on customers and personnel

Our customers are the starting point of everything we do. We succeed only by meeting our customers’ requirements. Drawings for new tools are always approved by the customer, and every order is confirmed individually. We regularly monitor customer satisfaction, delivery reliability and complaints, and all feedback is handled promptly with corrective actions.

Our personnel are our most important asset. We invest in well-being at work, skills development and an open operating culture where everyone can improve their own work. Employee and customer satisfaction are measured annually, and the results are used as part of our continuous improvement model.

Measurable quality

Our quality policy covers products, services, projects and the entire supply chain. It applies to the whole organisation as well as our partners and subcontractors. We use the IMS system to develop our operations and improve performance. Company management is actively involved in developing the quality system, audits and complaint handling.

We continuously collect operational data and monitor quality indicators such as customer and employee satisfaction, delivery performance, deviation handling and the effectiveness of corrective actions. This ensures a transparent, continuously improving and reliable way of working.

We comply with all applicable legislation, authority regulations and customer-specific requirements. We are a member company of the Finnish Work and are committed to the principles of responsible work. We publish a voluntary sustainability report annually to support our high-quality and sustainable business operations.
