Resharpening and PVD coating – Quick and easy service with high quality

We want to make tool reconditioning easy for you. We have in-house resharpening and PVD coating departments which ensures that the process does not have any unnecessary delays. The price of PVD coating is always included in our reconditioning prices so there are no extra fees.

We offer our clients safe and handy service boxes for the tools to make the packing easy. Our service car fetches the tools from the client’s pick-up spot and returns them after reconditioning. Our sales and customer service team sends you an order confirmation for each order and will keep you informed throughout the process. When a tool eventually reaches the end of its life we will take care of the recycling for you.

We are able to recondition e.g. drills, milling cutters, thread taps, reamers, gear shaper cutters, hobs, broaches, keyway cutters, countersink tools, boring bars and hydraulic lock nuts.

JR Label makes it easy to store and recognise tools

When tools are used in production, they may end up in wrong tubes which makes it difficult to find and recognise them. We wanted to solve this problem by creating the JR Label. The label includes product information and is attached on the tube after the tool has been reconditioned. We are also able to print a bar code on the label if the tool has e.g. an EAN code or a JR product code.

With the JR Label the reception and storing of tools is quick and easy!
