SMP CA7XL CNC Grinding Machine
Delivery: end of 2025
The SMP CA7XL is Finland’s first modern 5-axis machine for resharpening long pull broaches. It can also be used for resharpening hobs and performing surface grinding, as it includes a detachable magnetic table.
We have received a business development grant from the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment for Central Finland to support this acquisition, making the investment co-funded by the EU.
Schneeberger Aries NGP+ CNC Grinding Machine
Delivery: end of 2025
The Schneeberger Aries NGP+ will increase our drill resharpening capacity. It is a fast and compact modern CNC grinding machine equipped with 3D simulation features. We acquired our first machine of this model in 2023.
Zoller pomSkpGo Measuring Machine
Delivery: spring 2025
The Zoller pomSkpGo measuring machine enables the optimisation of cutting edge microgeometries.
Famup MCX 600 CNC Machining Centre
Delivered: spring 2023
This machining centre allows for the milling of blanks and the testing of tools. It enables us to evaluate, in our own production facilities, how different geometries and PVD coatings affect tool performance.

The Schneeberger Aries NGP+ increased our drill resharpening capacity. It is a fast and compact modern CNC grinding machine equipped with 3D simulation features.
Schneeberger Gemini NGM CNC Grinding Machine
Delivered: spring 2019
The Schneeberger Gemini NGM CNC grinding machine is equipped with an integrated Fanuc robot and has enhanced our production capacity, particularly in the manufacturing of new tools.
