JR-Tools has been awarded the internationally recognised ISO 9001 quality certification. The certification marks an important step in the continuous development of our operations and reinforces our commitment to high quality in everything we do.
ISO 9001 certification requires a systematic approach to working practices, clear process documentation and continuous improvement. The certification confirms that our operations have been independently audited and meet the requirements of the international ISO 9001 standard.

The certification covers the design, manufacture, tool reconditioning and distribution of metal cutting tools, together with the related processes and services. It ensures that our operations follow a consistent quality management approach throughout the entire service chain.
